This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions applicable to refunds for purchases made through our official website, platforms, or authorized affiliates. By purchasing any course, package, or service from Gyanirman, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

1. General Information

Refunds for any eligible transactions may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account. This period may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway’s processing time. We work closely with our payment partners to ensure timely processing of all refunds. However, Gyanirman will not be liable for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

2. Domestic Refund Policy

a. Refund Eligibility
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours from the time of purchase.
  • A payment gateway fee of 2% and a processing fee of 5% of the total amount paid will be deducted from the refund.
  • No refunds will be granted for purchases made after 24 hours of the transaction, under any circumstances.
  • Refunds apply only to eligible courses or programs as specified at the time of purchase.
b. Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund request, email refunds@gyanirman.com from your registered email address with the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Registered Email ID
  • Date and Time of Purchase
  • Screenshot of the Payment Invoice
  • Reason for Refund

Incomplete refund requests will not be processed. Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

c. Non-Refundable Scenarios
  • Any purchases made after 24 hours of payment.
  • Courses, packages, or programs that have been fully accessed or utilized.
  • Any violation of our Terms and Conditions or misuse of our platform.
  • Affiliate purchases made through referral links after the refund window has expired.

3. International Refund Policy

a. Refund Eligibility
  • Refund requests must be made within 24 hours from the time of purchase.
  • The purchased course or service must not have been fully utilized.
  • Refunds will be processed in the original mode of payment, subject to the following deductions:
    • Payment Gateway Fee: 2% of the paid amount
    • Processing Fee: 5% of the paid amount
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Due to currency exchange fluctuations, the refunded amount may differ slightly from the amount originally paid in your local currency.
b. Refund Request Process

To request an international refund, email refunds@gyanirman.com with the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Registered Email ID
  • Date and Time of Purchase
  • Screenshot of the Payment Invoice
  • Reason for Refund

Requests missing any of the above details will not be processed.

c. Non-Refundable Scenarios
  • Purchases made beyond 24 hours of the transaction.
  • Fully accessed or completed courses.
  • Violation of Gyanirman’s Terms and Conditions.

4. Category-Wise Refund Policy

  • a. Gyanirman Courses and Packages: Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase as per the eligibility terms above.
  • b. Webinars, Live Workshops, and Events: All registration fees for webinars, live sessions, or training events are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • c. Add-on Services and Benefits: Add-on features and bonuses are non-refundable. Their availability is tied to active course or package subscriptions. If a package is refunded, its related add-ons will also be deactivated.
  • d. Subscriptions and Upskilling Programs: All subscriptions and upskilling memberships are non-refundable once activated.
  • e. One-on-One Mentorship and Consultation: The fee for mentorship or consultation sessions is non-refundable once booked.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of extreme hardship, technical failure, or verified double payment, Gyanirman may, at its sole discretion, approve refund requests beyond the standard policy. Such decisions will be made only after thorough internal review and documentation.

6. Refund Cancellation Policy

Once a refund request has been processed and cancelled by the customer, it cannot be reactivated or claimed again in the future.
