These Terms of Service govern your use of our website. Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of our Service and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our web pages.

If you do not agree with (or cannot comply with) Agreements, then you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use Service.

GYANIRMAN POLICY REGARDING AFFILIATES.

• Affiliates will not be eligible for passive income if they are working with any other company that follows the same concept, basis, or business format as Gyanirman.
• If an affiliate is found poaching or approaching Gyanirman affiliates into other affiliate marketing companies, they will no longer be eligible for the affiliate program, though course access will remain.
• If an affiliate is found harassing any other affiliate, employee, or management, they will be removed from the affiliate program, but will still retain access to courses.
• Use of any unethical or fraudulent method to grow business will result in immediate removal from the affiliate program, with only course access retained.
• Affiliates must maintain the highest standards of honesty and integrity in their business practices.
• The company’s marketing plan must always be presented truthfully and accurately, clearly showing the level of effort required for success. Misleading, false, deceptive, or unfair recruiting practices are strictly prohibited.
• Affiliates must not make negative or disparaging remarks about the company, its products, employees, or other affiliates.
• Company trade names, literature, advertising material, gatherings, or intellectual property cannot be used to promote or introduce any entity other than Gyanirman.
• Affiliates must ensure customers and fellow affiliates are satisfied with the company’s products and their services.
• Affiliates must follow Gyanirman’s rules and regulations at all times.
• No affiliate shall engage in any act that may adversely affect the company’s reputation or business interests, during or after their association.
• Misleading, deceptive, or unfair trade practices are strictly prohibited.
• Affiliates must take appropriate measures to protect private information provided by consumers.

Communications

by using our Service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other information we may send. However, you may opt-out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or by emailing at gyanirmannews@gmail.com

Purchases

• If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including but not limited to your credit or debit card number, the expiration date of your card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
• You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete.
• We may employ the use of third-party services to facilitate payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order, or other reasons.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Subscriptions

• Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles will be set depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
• At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or Gyanirman cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting the Gyanirman customer support team.
• A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your subscription. You shall provide Gyanirman with accurate and complete billing information that may include but is not limited to full name, address, state, postal or zip code, telephone number, and valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Gyanirman Edutech Private Limited to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.
• Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, Gyanirman reserves the right to terminate your access to the Service with immediate effect.

Fee Changes

• Gyanirman in its sole discretion and at any time may modify Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.
• Gyanirman will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to allow you to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.
• Your continued use of Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

Refund Policy

• A customer can ask for a refund only within 24 hours of the purchase.
• No Refund will be given to the customer for the purchase of any package made by the customer directly from the Gyanirman website or through the affiliate link of the person who referred him to the Gyanirman website after 24 Hours of purchase under any circumstances.
• In the event of a package upgrade, no refund shall be applicable under any circumstances. However, if a customer purchases a package and upgrades to a higher package within 24 hours of the original purchase, the customer will remain eligible for a refund in accordance with the refund policy.
• A payment gateway fee @ 2% of the paid amount and a processing fee @5% of the paid amount will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
• For any inquiries related to refunds, please feel free to reach out to us via email at refunds@gyanirman.com.
• If a customer receives a refund and later re-joins Gyanirman using another person’s promo code, their sponsor will automatically be reverted back to the original sponsor.
• For Affiliates: If a customer who had previously joined under another sponsor claims a refund and then enrolls through your referral, you will not receive any commission from that enrollment.

Prohibited Uses

You may use Service only for lawful purposes and by Terms. You agree not to use Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• To exploit, harm, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content or otherwise.
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail”, “chain letter,” “spam,” or any other similar solicitation.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity.
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm or offend Company or users of Service or expose them to liability.

Additionally, you agree not to:

• Use Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair Service or interfere with any other party’s use of Service, including their ability to engage in real-time activities through Service.
• Use any robot, spider, or another automatic device, process, or means to access Service for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on Service.
• Use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on Service or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior written consent.
• Use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of Service.
• Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of Service, the server on which Service is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to Service.
• Attack Service via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.
• Take any action that may damage or falsify the Company rating.
• Otherwise, attempt to interfere with the proper working of Service.

Analytics

We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.

Accounts

• When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18 and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on Service
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
• You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you, without appropriate authorization. You may not use as a username any name that is offensive, vulgar, or obscene.
• We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

2. Upgrades and Modifications

Gyanirman may issue updates, enhancements, or new versions of the Platform at any time. You agree that such updates may be automatically installed, and continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform (in whole or in part) at any time without prior notice.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform—including software, content, graphics, videos, text, trademarks, and all related intellectual property—remain the exclusive property of Gyanirman Edutech Private Limited or its licensors. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any ownership rights.

4. User Content

By uploading or posting any content (such as assignments, projects, or testimonials), you grant Gyanirman a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display such content for educational or promotional purposes. You agree not to post any unlawful, offensive, or infringing material.

5. Payments

All payments for courses or services must be made only through official Gyanirman payment channels. Payments made to personal accounts or unauthorized links will not be recognized. Gyanirman is not responsible for any loss from such transactions. Refunds will be issued only per our official Refund Policy.

6. Third-Party Links and Content

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. Gyanirman is not responsible for the content, policies, or actions of such third parties. Your interactions with them are solely at your own risk.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The Platform and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.”
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
• No guarantees are made regarding skill improvement, career advancement, or income generation.

Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gyanirman, its affiliates, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. In no case shall Gyanirman’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service or content involved in the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gyanirman Edutech Private Limited, its directors, and employees against all claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of this Agreement or misuse of the Platform.

10. Termination

Gyanirman may terminate your account or access at any time, without notice, for any violation of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease use and delete all materials obtained from the Platform.

11. Modification of Agreement

We may update this Agreement periodically. Continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform.

12. Export and Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable Indian and international laws governing the use and export of the Platform.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts of New Delhi, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising under this Agreement.

14. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, along with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Gyanirman Edutech Private Limited and supersedes any prior communications, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

By using the Gyanirman Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this End User License Agreement.
