This Gyanirman End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal and binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and Gyanirman Edutech Private Limited (“Gyanirman”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By clicking “Accept,” registering, installing, accessing, or using the Gyanirman Platform—including its website and all related services—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Platform and must promptly discontinue use of any related software or materials.

1. Grant of License

Gyanirman grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Platform solely for your personal, educational, and non-commercial use, subject to this Agreement and all applicable laws.

You shall not:

• Share your login credentials with others or permit multiple users to access the Platform through your account.
• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Platform or software.
• Rent, lease, sell, distribute, or sublicense the Platform or any content.
• Circumvent any access control or digital rights management mechanisms.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful, commercial, or exploitative purposes.
• Infringe upon any intellectual property or proprietary rights of Gyanirman or third parties.
• Attempt unauthorized access to restricted sections or data of the Platform.
• Use automated tools such as bots, scripts, or crawlers to access or interact with the Platform.
• Copy, scrape, or store course content, videos, or study materials for distribution or resale.

Any violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your access without notice, and Gyanirman reserves the right to pursue legal remedies.

2. Upgrades and Modifications

Gyanirman may issue updates, enhancements, or new versions of the Platform at any time. You agree that such updates may be automatically installed, and continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform (in whole or in part) at any time without prior notice.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform—including software, content, graphics, videos, text, trademarks, and all related intellectual property—remain the exclusive property of Gyanirman Edutech Private Limited or its licensors. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any ownership rights.

4. User Content

By uploading or posting any content (such as assignments, projects, or testimonials), you grant Gyanirman a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display such content for educational or promotional purposes. You agree not to post any unlawful, offensive, or infringing material.

5. Payments

All payments for courses or services must be made only through official Gyanirman payment channels. Payments made to personal accounts or unauthorized links will not be recognized. Gyanirman is not responsible for any loss from such transactions. Refunds will be issued only per our official Refund Policy.

6. Third-Party Links and Content

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. Gyanirman is not responsible for the content, policies, or actions of such third parties. Your interactions with them are solely at your own risk.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The Platform and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.”
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
• No guarantees are made regarding skill improvement, career advancement, or income generation.

Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gyanirman, its affiliates, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. In no case shall Gyanirman’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service or content involved in the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gyanirman Edutech Private Limited, its directors, and employees against all claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of this Agreement or misuse of the Platform.

10. Termination

Gyanirman may terminate your account or access at any time, without notice, for any violation of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease use and delete all materials obtained from the Platform.

11. Modification of Agreement

We may update this Agreement periodically. Continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform.

12. Export and Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable Indian and international laws governing the use and export of the Platform.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts of New Delhi, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising under this Agreement.

14. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, along with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Gyanirman Edutech Private Limited and supersedes any prior communications, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

By using the Gyanirman Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this End User License Agreement.
